Chris and Tony have been together for over twenty years and first met when Tony had a four piece band and were looking for a sax player. Chris answered an ad in the Melody Maker and failed the audition !It wasn't until about 6 months later that Chris finally joined the group.One by one the other members of the band left and were replaced, courtesy of the advancement of music technology, or as we like to say: "started by love, inspired by talent, replaced by computer" !!!!!In that time, they've been through birth's, death's, marriage's, divorces, redundancies, moving houses, T V documentaries, vasectomys, hernia operations and a few other things unmentionable ! "and still the band played on".They've played every sort of venue imaginable, from the largest concert halls to the smallest pubs.Playing everything from classical to jazz, rock, blues and most styles in between.If one person has enjoyed them ( "there must be one" ) ? then it's all been worthwhile.If you have been unlucky enough to have seen Hit 'n' Run, please leave your message in the guestbook.
